Our bodies learned that it was safer to be hidden. We learned that being ourselves was too much of a threat.

Hi, I'm Gina.
I see you. I know what it's like to be on this healing journey while trying to create your dream business.
I know that your business is a breeding ground for all of your past wounds and limiting beliefs to pop up.
Running a business is hard enough, let alone trying to do it while your inner voice tells you all the reasons you can't and constantly points out your flaws.
The first few seasons of my entrepreneurship journey were riddled with hustle mentality, scarcity mindset, and an urgent sense of "I can't stop until I get to "x"."
I was an overachieving perfectionist who actually believed that I loved working 24/7 and being stressed out all the time.
This was a result of my trauma and conditioning.
My parents, like many Asian parents, cared so much about me but the way it often showed up was through pressure.
Pressure to succeed.
Pressure to be "better".
Pressure to honor the sacrifices they made for our family.
Pressure to perform.
Pressure to do what they thought was best for me.
I didn't receive words of affirmation or permission to be myself.
I learned to find validation from outside sources and how to mask who I really was.
I want you to know that it is possible to have a business where the wounded part of you is no longer in the driver's seat.
It's possible to unlearn patterns of self-sabotage and self-doubt in pursuing your highest calling.
It's possible to access unconditional self-love, even if you have never been able to feel this before.
When we do the inner work of deconditioning, healing from our trauma, and getting to the root of our shadows, we unleash our brightest light.
We can make contact with our true gifts and feel safe to show up authentically as ourselves.
It can be lonely and scary to do this on your own, and that's why I created this container.
Every business problem is a personal problem.
So I want to guide you in this season of your metamorphosis so that you can learn how to bridge your inner healing with the expansion of your business and creativity.
My approach combines spirituality, energy work, trauma informed breathwork & somatic tools, and mindset coaching to completely transform the way you think, feel and live.

We will explore tools and practices that will help you manage your mind and shift your perspective in any situation. You'll learn how to deal with any perceived problems in your business and use the power of your mind to alchemize it into possibilities.
Somatics
You will learn how to regulate your nervous system and befriend your body. Many of us aren't attuned to our bodies and this can become a major block in our ability to show up for our business. We will explore how trauma gets stored in the body and how to transcend anxiety and freeze responses.
Inner Child Healing
Every business problem boils down to a personal problem. And the root of these "problems" stem from our childhood and conditioning. We will engage in practices that will connect you with your inner child and attune to her needs for profound healing.
Business as a Spiritual Practice
Your business is the perfect arena for you to apply all of the principles of spirituality. Together we'll learn how to connect entrepreneurship with your spiritual & healing journey.
Energetics
Energy is everything. Most of us are in energetic debt and constantly feel stressed and overwhelmed. Learn how to hone your energy and avoid the pendulum swing of hustling and burning out.
Conscious Selling, Marketing & Pricing
We'll cover how you can market and sell without feeling manipulative and the icky feelings of pressuring people to buy. We'll also discuss how to price your products and services in a way that feels aligned & congruent with your heart.
Fear Alchemy
Fear is a beautiful emotion when we look to see what's hiding underneath it. We will lean into your fears and alchemize them into inspired action. You will be amazed at what steps you feel safe taking during your Metamorphosis era!
